For your security, Panda Ski & Sport, Inc. reserves the right to decline any transaction if we are unable to verify payment. If our order requires verification, we will contact you by phone or email. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by the issuing bank.
Actual shipping times vary by your location, product, and ship method. If the item you order is out of stock, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.
Shortly after you place an online order, we'll send an automatically generated confirmation. If you do not receive your order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your order has been processed in shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including your Tracking Number. Registered Customers may also track the status of their order(s) at any time by logging in and going to the My Account section of the site.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days from the day the order is confirmed to be delivered by the carrier to create a return.
You must return the merchandise in pristine, new, unworn condition with it's original tags.
Panda Sport reserves the right to refuse exchanges, returns, and full refunds if these conditions are not met.
All packaging must be sent to Panda Sport via an insured, traceable shipping service within 7 days from the receipt of your order.
We do not provide shipping labels or cover the cost of shipping for returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Helmets, Goggles, Ski Boots and Thermals are NON-RETURNABLE. No Exceptions
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that once we refund you, it can 7 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
