pandasportdirect.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For In-Store and Phone Orders payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and cash.
I returned my item, when can I expect my refund to be processed?
Items purchased on pandasportdirect.com are refundable within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We make every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. Once we receive your package, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed. In-store purchases are STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE only. NO REFUNDS. All store credits will be credited to a Panda Sport Gift Card. There are no returns or refunds on helmets and goggles, online or in-store.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we do not ship to international addresses.
Can I return an item I that I am not satisfied with?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition with all packaging to Panda Sport via an insured, traceable shipping service within 7 days from the receipt of your order.
In-store purchases can be returned for a store credit or exchanged withing 7 days of original purchase.
